    I use a tablet5 of Normison at bed time (around 11 pm) and that gives me about 7hrs sleep with no interruptions. However if something is needed then it forces me to deal with it.If I ntafe 2 then it puts me out for around 9hrs sleep which I don’t need, only on very odd occassions.
